Eli Holtzman began serving as 012 Smile.Communications’ CEO in 2010 after the Company completed the divestment of its telecommunications business in preparation for the completion of the Bezeq acquisition. He has also served as CEO of Internet Gold, 012 Smile.Communications’ parent company, since 1992. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Holtzman provided independent marketing consulting services to a number of enterprises. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Holtzman served as CEO of the Israeli franchisee of the U.S. fast-food chain Wendy’s, and from 1984 to 1986, he was general manager of Arieli Advertising Ltd., a leading Israeli advertising company. In 1977, Mr. Holtzman co-founded SuperPharm, Israel's largest pharmacy chain, and was its CEO until 1984. Mr. Holtzman holds a B.Sc. in chemistry and pharmaceuticals from Illinois University.

He has also served as the Vice President of Finance of Internet Gold, 012 Smile.Communications’ parent company, since 2002. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Turgeman served as Controller of Bezeq-Call Ltd., a subsidiary of Bezeq (Israel’s PTT) and from 1997 to 1999 as Controller of Israel’s Postil Bank. Mr. Turgeman holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified public accountant.

Idit Azulay has served as Investors Relations Manager of 012 Smile.Communications since the Company completed the divestment of its telecommunications business in preparation for the completion of the Bezeq acquisition. She also serves as Investor Relations Manager of Internet Gold, 012 Smile.Communications’ parent company. From 1998 to 1999, Ms. Azulay served as the office manager of the sales and marketing VP of Bezeq-Call Ltd., a subsidiary of Bezeq (Israel’s PTT). Formerly, Ms Azulay was employed by the Israeli Ministry of Defense for 4 years.
