Stella Handler was named Chief Executive Officer in January 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. An employee there since 1998, Mrs. Handler was the VP of Business Development before becoming its CEO in 2002.
Between 1992 to 1997, as Bezeq’s Head of Subsidiary Companies, Mrs. Handler was responsible for control, management and operations of all subsidiary companies.
Mrs. Handler has an MBA and an MA in Economics from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Doron Ilan was named Chief Financial Officer in January 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. Mr. Ilan started at 012 Golden Lines in 1998 and served as its CFO and VP Finance from 2003.
Prior to that he worked for five years at Kesselman < Kesselman, a member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Ilan has an MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, Tel Aviv. Mr. Ilan is also a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Yaackov Nadborny was named Vice President marketing in January 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. Starting there as the business development manager in 2004 he was appointed VP Marketing in 2005.
From 2001 to 2003, he was the senior financial advisor to the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Director General, and from 1998 to 2001 Mr. Nadborny was the Hi-tech Division manager for the Israeli Export Institute.
For 10 years, starting in 1987, Mr. Nadborny served as branch chief in the Israeli General Security Services.
Mr. Nadborny has a BA in business administration from the College of Academic Management in Rishon Lezion, specializing in computer and information technology.

Ori Waterman was appointed Vice President residential division in 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. From 2005 Mr. Waterman was the customer division manager for Internet Gold.
From 2002 to 2005 he managed the business services and customer relations division of Office Depot (Israel) and prior to that was SME business sector manager for Pelephone Communications. He has also served in management capacities for Leumi Card and Eurocom-Nokia.
Mr. Waterman has a BA in business administration from Ruppin Academy.

Max Blumberg was appointed Vice President technology in 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. Prior to that, since 2002, he was the Chief Technical Officer for Internet Gold, having joined Internet Gold in 2000 as the information system manager.
Mr. Blumberg has a BA in computer science and mathematics from Netanya College.

Tal Granot was appointed Vice President human resources in 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. Ms. Granot was named Internet Gold’s VP HR in 2006, having started work there in 2000, acting as team leader, area manager and customer sales manager.
Ms. Granot has a BA in business management from Tel Aviv’s Management Institute.

Yaron Steinberg was named Vice President-business division in January 2007 upon our acquisition of 012 Golden Lines. Having started work at 012 Golden Lines in 1997 as the business sector sales and service manager, Mr. Steinberg was made VP Business Sector in 2003.
From 1996 to 1997, he served as VP for New Business Development for Adir Int’l Services, having started there in 1994 as the director of their northern district.
Mr. Steinberg has a BA in business management from Derby University in Israel.
